Job Description
Lead Agile software development projects and facilitate Scrum processes from inception to delivery.
Requirements
- 4-7 years of project management experience
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMP certification preferred
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of project management and Agile tools (Jira, Confluence)
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and processes
- Manage project timelines and resources
- Coach teams on Agile best practices
- Remove impediments and blockers
- Ensure quality delivery within Agile framework
