Job Description
A Business Development Executive is needed to research and qualify leads, develop growth strategies, build and nurture client relationships, negotiate deals, and collaborate with sales and product teams to expand our market presence.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, digital marketing, or technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing and familiarity with AI‑powered tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable using CRM software to manage pipelines and track activities.
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, and achieve ambitious targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new opportunities – Research and network to generate qualified leads, and reach out via cold calls, emails, and industry events.
- Perform needs analysis and cost‑benefit assessments – Understand each prospect’s marketing challenges and evaluate how our product can provide ROI.
- Negotiate and close deals – Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and secure agreements to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain client relationships – Serve as the ongoing point of contact, provide post‑sale support, and ensure customer satisfaction to encourage renewals and referrals.
- Document sales activities – Keep accurate records of leads, interactions, and deals in our CRM. Provide management with updates on market trends, customer feedback, and sales forecasts.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally – Coordinate with marketing and product teams to refine go‑to‑market strategies and stay informed about upcoming features and campaigns.
