Pricing & Engagement Models

Custom software development with a US point of contact and an engineering team in India, at roughly half the cost of a typical US agency. Every project gets a written quote before work starts. These are our typical ranges.

Discovery Sprint

Every new project: turn an idea or a problem into a scoped plan and a fixed quote.

$4,000–$8,000 fixed

  • 1–3 weeks
  • Requirements and user flows
  • Architecture and technology recommendation
  • Clickable prototype of the key screens
  • Fixed quote and delivery plan for the build

The full fee is credited to the build if you go ahead within 60 days.

Fixed-Price Project

MVPs and well-defined builds where you need a firm budget and date.

From $25,000

  • Launch MVP (web app, core flows, admin): $25,000–$45,000 · 6–10 weeks
  • Growth (web + mobile, payments, integrations): $45,000–$90,000 · 10–16 weeks
  • Complex (AI features, real-time, marketplace, compliance): $90,000–$180,000
  • Design, development, QA and deployment
  • Milestone payments tied to working demos
  • You own the code and repository from day one
  • 30-day bug-fix warranty after launch

Change requests are quoted up front at time-and-materials rates before any work starts.

Time & Materials

Evolving scope, existing products and modernization work.

$45–$95 per hour

  • Engineer: $45–$55/hr
  • Senior engineer: $60–$75/hr
  • Tech lead, architect or AI engineer: $80–$95/hr
  • Weekly demos and timesheets
  • Monthly invoicing
  • Optional not-to-exceed cap per phase

Pay only for hours worked; scale the team up or down with two weeks’ notice.

Dedicated Team

Startups after launch and companies with a steady product roadmap.

From $14,000 per month

  • Starter pod (2 engineers, part-time QA and PM): $14,000–$18,000/mo
  • Product pod (4 engineers, QA, tech lead): $28,000–$38,000/mo
  • Individual engineers: $5,000–$12,000/mo by seniority
  • Full-time engineers who work only on your product
  • Your tools, your sprint cadence
  • Engagement lead and US point of contact

3-month minimum, then 30 days’ notice.

Support & Maintenance

After launch, or for existing systems that need a reliable team.

From $1,100 per month

  • 20 hours: $1,100–$1,400/mo
  • 40 hours: $2,000–$2,600/mo
  • 80 hours: $3,800–$4,800/mo
  • Bug fixes, updates and small features
  • Security patches and monitoring
  • Response-time commitment per tier

Unused hours roll over for one month. Hosting is passed through at cost.

How AI Affects Your Price

  • Faster first results. AI-assisted prototyping means you see working screens in the first one to two weeks.
  • Fixed prices stay fixed. On fixed-price projects you know the total up front, whatever tools we use.
  • Human review. AI-assisted code is reviewed by an engineer before it ships, and your code is never used to train AI models.
  • AI features priced openly. Model usage inside your product is billed at cost, as its own line item.

What Every Engagement Includes

  • A US point of contact in Pleasanton, California, during US business hours.
  • Daily overlap in your morning (8–10am Eastern and Central), with development continuing overnight. See overlap hours for your time zone.
  • Weekly demos of working software, not status reports.
  • Your code, your IP, in your repository from day one.

Pricing FAQs

Why are your rates lower than US agencies?

Our engineering team is in Lucknow, India, and our US office is in Pleasanton, California. You get senior engineers, a US contract and a US point of contact at roughly half of typical US agency rates, which commonly run $150–$250 an hour.

Does AI make software cheaper?

AI speeds up some work, especially prototypes, tests and boilerplate, and we use it with senior review on every change. The biggest benefit for you is speed: a working prototype in the first one to two weeks and earlier demos. On fixed-price projects the price is agreed up front, so you always know the total.

Who owns the code?

You do. Code is written in your repository (or transferred to it), and all intellectual property belongs to you. We sign an NDA before any project discussion if you need one.

What does a project need to start?

Most projects start with a Discovery Sprint. If you already have a detailed specification, we can quote a fixed price directly after a short call.

How do you handle AI features inside my product?

Model and API usage (for example OpenAI, Anthropic or Google) is billed at cost as its own line item, so you see exactly what the AI features cost to run. An optional care plan covers monitoring, evaluation and model upgrades.

Are these prices fixed?

They are typical ranges. Your exact price depends on scope, integrations and compliance needs, and we confirm it in writing before work begins.

Start With a Discovery Sprint

In one to three weeks you get a prototype, an architecture plan and a fixed quote, and the fee is credited to your build.
