How much does a dedicated development team cost?
A Starter pod (two engineers with part-time QA and project management) is $14,000–$18,000 a month. A Product pod (four engineers, QA and a tech lead) is $28,000–$38,000 a month. Individual engineers range from $5,000 to $12,000 a month by seniority.
How do time zones work?
Our team is online with you every weekday morning (8–10am Eastern and Central, 8–9am Mountain and Pacific) for standups and reviews, and builds during your night. Longer overlap is available by arrangement.
What is the minimum commitment?
Three months, then 30 days’ notice. This gives the team time to learn your product and deliver.
Who manages the developers?
You decide. The team can work inside your process with your product manager, or our tech lead and engagement lead can run delivery for you.
