Job Description
Seeking a Sales Representative to drive growth by generating and qualifying leads, presenting our AI‑powered product, negotiating and closing deals, nurturing client relationships, and collaborating with marketing and product teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, digital marketing, or technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing and familiarity with AI‑powered tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable using CRM software to manage pipelines and track activities.
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, and achieve ambitious targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new opportunities – Research and network to generate qualified leads, and reach out via cold calls, emails, and industry events.
- Perform needs analysis and cost‑benefit assessments – Understand each prospect’s marketing challenges and evaluate how our product can provide ROI.
- Negotiate and close deals – Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and secure agreements to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain client relationships – Serve as the ongoing point of contact, provide post‑sale support, and ensure customer satisfaction to encourage renewals and referrals.
- Document sales activities – Keep accurate records of leads, interactions, and deals in our CRM. Provide management with updates on market trends, customer feedback, and sales forecasts
- Collaborate cross‑functionally – Coordinate with marketing and product teams to refine go‑to‑market strategies and stay informed about upcoming features and campaigns.
